PLUS TW is a technical white oil specially processed for applications where exposure to reactive gases cause premature degradation of plus 20-type fluids. PLUS TW undergoes a stripping process in which saturated and aromatic fluid components are removed. The result is a fluid with high resistance to acidic-by-products and a longer life than other hydrocarbon fluids. Typical applications include LPCVD, ion implantation, and nitride.
