With a pumping speed of 3.6 CFM (6.2 m³/h) at 60 Hz and an ultimate vacuum of 0.005 Torr (0.7 Pa), it delivers clean, reliable vacuum performance without oil contamination or backstreaming risks.

The "C" version features enhanced chemical resistance with Chemraz® internal valve pads and stainless steel fittings, making it significantly more durable than the standard nXDS6i when handling harsh or reactive vapors.
