Welch DuoSeal 1397 is an unmounted pump and a component to a complete belt driven vacuum pump. The Welch DuoSeal Unmounted Pump 1397 requires a base, motor and belt to generate vacuum. This product can only be used as a drop-in replacement for the pump component of a complete vacuum pump.
